SHIPPING INFO- We ship worldwide.
- Items are sent from Israel.
- Items are sent within 3 business days from payment clearance.
- We will do our best to make sure the items arrive to you as fast as we can. However, we cannot
be responsible for shipments that get delayed in customs at your country or for delays caused by
your country's postal service.

Item Not Received
Please be aware that we do our best to get the item to you as fast as we can. However, from the moment we send the items, delays can happen due to customs, postal service issues and other factors which are not in our control. So if the item does not arrive after the specified time period is over then: - Check with your postal office and make sure the item is not waiting there for you to pick it up. Sometimes, the postal office does not inform you that the parcel has arrived and after some time the parcel is sent back to us.
- Contact us and we will check it.
If the item has not arrived and cannot be tracked, a new item will be sent to you with no extra charge, or a full refund will be issued, according to your choice. If the parcel was waiting in your local post and sent back to us because no one came to take it, we will resend it after shipping fees are paid.
