Facts: Individual items within your kit or packaged graphics kits are .png, jpeg, tif or pdf files. This will be clearly stated on the auction page.
A .png file format requires that you have a graphics program to read, some examples of graphics programs are Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Elements, there are many more but this is the type of program you would need. Jpeg files can be opened by most any simple graphic program including word programs.
Question: Can I print your items on any printer?
Answer: Yes.
Our printable items print great on a standard ink jet printer set at high quality. We test print all of our items to assure you of a great print. All of our printable items will print on normal "8 1/2 x 11" paper with the exception of our 12x12 designed scrapbooking kits backgrounds and papers, but these too can be resized to print on your home printer.
Question: When will I get my item?
Answer: Immediately after payment.
