Shipping Policies
(Domestic, and International)
We generally ship orders
via USPS Priority Insured Mail including tracking information. We
have found this to be the fastest and most reasonably priced shipping
method available for both domestic and international shipments.
However, if you prefer an alternative shipping method, we can make
special arrangements and quote you a price for your desired delivery
method.
Order Processing Times
Most small orders are
processed in a 4 business day timeframe. Larger custom orders are
fulfilled on a case by case basis. We will provide an expected
timeframe for order fulfillment at the time an order is placed. We
work as efficiently as we can without compromising quality, and our
turnaround times are faster than most custom cable houses.
Warranties
All our work is
guaranteed for life for components and workmanship. Just hold onto
your receipt as your proof of purchase, and if anything ever goes wrong
with a cable purchased from Pro Audio LA, LLC, we will repair it free of
charge. This does not apply to merchandise that has clearly been
misused or damaged.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and
exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order.

As our work is custom built to order, there is a 25% restocking fee
applied to any returns or exchanges.
Payments
We accept payments via
Credit Card, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Checks, and in
some cases personal checks. All payments must clear before we mail
your order. As such, Credit Card payments are generally the
fastest way to get your orders processed. We accept cash for local
deals for those in the Los Angeles area. Invoices/Receipts are
provided with all purchases. Hold onto your receipts as they are
your proof of purchase in the event you have warrantee issues in the
future.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy and
confidentiality seriously. Pro Audio LA, LLC will never sell your
confidential information including email addresses and personal
information to any other companies.
