All auction items must be paid for in full (including taxes for Canadians) before we will release your order for shipping.

Every effort is made to ensure proper stock levels at all times however we may encounter shortages or supply issues from time to time and every effort will be made to keep you informed and to get your order processed as soon as possible.

An Email from us to your eBay registered Email will be sent within one hour of the end of the auction and this Email will contain important payment information as well as a link to checkout.

Returns: In order to provide the best possible price on our items we do not accept returns. Please ensure the product is what you want before bidding or using the Buy It Now. If there is a problem with your product, we will do everything possible to ensure that it is rectified, but if you have ordered the wrong product we are unable to accept returns.

Defective Products: We have a 7-Day defective exchange policy. If you find a defect in your product within 7 days of receiving it then please contact us immediately and we will arrange for an exchange. After that, you must deal directly with the manufacturer for warranty service.

Payment is to be arranged within 4 days of the end of the auction. Failure to remit payment will result in a Non Paying Bidder alert being issued. Please get in contact with us right away so that you can start enjoying your purchase sooner.

Canadian Taxes : Ontario (14% GST+PST), Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & New Brunswick (14% HST), the rest of Canada (6% GST). There are no duties when shipping to Canadian addresses.

We use United Parcel Service or Canada Post for our shipments. Our preferred shipping method is UPS. Delivery to most North American addresses is by UPS. Delivery time will vary - Canada and US shipments take 2 to 14 business days and International shipments approximately 2 weeks. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when provided by UPS. Please call for your Canada Post tracking number.

We use Canada Post for PO Boxes and APO / FPO addresses. These deliveries may require additional postage.

Certain addresses considered "remote" by UPS will be subject to added shipping charges. This is a situation completely beyond our control.
