Listen to the prior negative feedback! We had to chase my purchase for over 2 weeks, no response to any messages sent during this time, I had to call them to get the Item shipped over 2 weeks after purchase and STILL had to open a case on eBay to get them to actually ship the item out 3 days later after that!
