E Bay Return Policy and Warranty Information

All returns goods must be returned within 30 days and must have return authorization number issued by Aqua Pools Ponds & Playthings.

Returns must be shipped prepaid, unused and in resalable condition will all paperwork (instructions etc).

Upon receipt of goods and after inspection credit will be issued less our outbound freight and any restocking charge. (Max 15%).

We advertise free freight and include it in the price. But we pay outbound therefore we will issue credit less the freight we had to pay to ship your product.

Return Exclusions: We will not accept returns on in ground pools, on ground pools, above ground pools, spas and special order items.

Warranty

Products sold by Aqua Pools Ponds & Playthings are covered by Manufacturer's warranties and subject to their terms. There are NO other warranties, either expressed or implied by Propools. We will at your request work with you and the manufacturer to an extent that a resolution has been determined. At no time is Aqua Pools Ponds & Playthings responsible for covering any warranty claims on any products they sell
