Shipping Information
General
At ProtoGolf, we specialize in quality shipping. We package all of our products with
the utmost care by using ultra-soft cushioning. We want to make sure that all of our
products arrive promptly and in perfect condition. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS when
shipping your purchases.
What is "Drop-Ship"?
Occasionally, your product will be "Drop-Shipped" meaning that it will ship directly from
the factory. We Drop-Ship in an effort to offer larger product lines to our customers.
About Domestic
Our domestic packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Our shipping rates
usually reflect the most economical shipping option available. If you'd like expedited
service, please select one of our many shipping options or send us an email informing
us that the package is urgent.
About International
All of our international packages are shipped via USPS. Generally speaking, there are
three tiers of international shipping options we offer.
- AIRMAIL - Arrives in 7 to 14 days - no tracking information available
- GLOBAL PRIORITY - Arrives in 4 to 10 days - limited tracking information available
- GLOBAL EXPRESS - Arrives in 3 to 7 business days - point-to-point tracking available
Unless you purchase Global Express Shipping, international insurance is not available.
Please be patient when waiting the arrival of international shipments as many delays
are caused by Customs Offices at the destination country.
All of time quotes listed are estimates and are not guarantees.
If you'd like to have you package expedited, please email us. Additionally, you may encounter customs or duty fees upon the arrival of your product at your country.
