PRODUCT RETURNS
We offer one exchange per transaction.
PURCHASED THE WRONG PRODUCT:
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please let us know within one week of receipt. You can just send it back to us and we will refund you, or if we carry the product you need, we will ship out the right product to you as soon as we receive the original item purchased. We will require that you pay shipping to return the original item, and on the replacement item.
DAMAGED/UNUSABLE MERCHANDISE:
If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 14 days of receipt, and we will replace the product, all postage paid by Proven Choice.
If your item fails after 14 days of receipt, we offer an exchange, after we receive the faulty product back to our Returns department. Buyer pays return shipping.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

- Go to our 24/7 Online Return Service. You will need:
- Item number
- Your Ebay ID
- Your ZIP code
- Reason for return (defective, received the wrong product, ordered the wrong product)
- Exchange is FREE of charge (seller pays all shipping) if the product arrives DOA - Dead On Arrival (i.e. Battery won’t hold a charge, does not fit properly, adapter does not charge computer). You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of any defects.
- Free exchange ONLY possible within 14 days of purchase. After that, buyer pays return shipping.
- After 14 days, exchange only after item is returned to Proven Choice. Buyer pays return shipping.
- If you are unable to open a Return Ticket via our online system, please message us through Ebay Messages and we will start the Returns process for you.
