We accept online payment by Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. When ordering by mail or fax we accept payment by the aforementioned credit cards as well as check or money order. And you can always call us and pay through your checking account also.

After placing a credit card order, your card is typically processed and charged the following business day. When it is approved, it is only charged for the items we have in stock that are being shipped to you immediately, plus the entire amount of shipping costs. Payment for any backordered items will be charged when they come in and we get ready to ship them to you. You will not be billed or charged for any additional shipping fees.

If your credit card is declined, you will receive an e-mail notice requesting that you contact us immediately. A decline often results from a simple typo when you are entering your payment information at checkout, so once you contact us we will ask you to verify your account number, expiration date, and billing address. If this doesn't rectify the problem, you have the option of working out another means of payment or canceling the order. If we do not get a reply from you within 7 days of the decline notice, your order will be cancelled.
Note: If you are using e-mail filters and/or blockers, make sure that you can receive e-mails from PulseUniform.com so that e-mail notices such as these will come through.

We ship all orders using UPS services. At this point we only ship to all 50 states. Most products ship within 1 to 4 business days depending on demand and availability. Please review the product availability listed for a more accurate estimate. Once the product ships, please allow 3-5 business days for UPS Ground depending on your location. UPS Ground Service is not available to Hawaii and Alaska.

Sales Tax

Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Orders shipped to IL will have all applicable local and state sales tax added to your total order.

Customer service & easy return policy
Pulse Uniform guarantees its products to be free of defects and will replace items that are unused and found to be defective. If you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for an EXCHANGE within 7 days of receipt, no questions asked. All Return and Exchange must have an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number), which you can obtain by emailing us at ebayreturn@pulseuniform.com  or by calling 1.866.260.9816.
