How much thread do you need?

Using 2 strands of thread you’ll get about 2500 stitches out of a skein on 16 count Aida. 16 count - 2.67 stitches per inch

How many inches of a specific color?  Specified stitches (X amount)  ÷  2.67 = (X amount) inches of thread needed for that color.
