Do you combine shipping?
Yes. Shipping rates are generally found on every product page. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems finding that information and we will be glad to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please review international shipping rates and policy before buying.
What are your operating hours?
8:30am-4:30pm PST Monday-Friday.
Do you have a store location for me to try on and pick up the costume?
Is the picture on your website exactly the same as what I’ll receive?
Usually, yes. However, costume/lingerie styles (colors and fabrics) are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of variations, but manufacturers do not always notify us in advance about the changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Are your prices negotiable?
All sales are final. We strive to offer you one of the most competitive prices on eBay.
I have received my item, however I am dissatisfied. What can you do?
Before you jump right into leaving us a negative feedback, we will appreciate it if you can contact us regarding any issues you might have with your purchase. We will try our best to work with you to resolve the problem. Please refrain from being hostile and unreasonable.
How do I obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number?
Login to your eBay account to view the order. Send us a message by clicking "Contact seller", providing us the reason for your return. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
When will you respond to my email?
Due to the high volume of messages we receive daily, please allow us 1 business day to reply your message. Keep in mind that sending multiple emails/messages will not speed up the process.

How do I determine if it is the correct size?
It is important to understand that while the size charts provided by the manufacturer is generally accurate for the measurements indicated, a costume will rarely fit every person as if it were tailor made for that person. Therefore, in some cases, alterations may be required. We do recommend, however, that you order the larger size when debating between two sizes because seasonal costumes tend to run small.
What payment options do you offer?
We currently only accept PayPal. For PayPal E-checks we can only ship your order after PayPal releases the funds from your bank. We do NOT take cash, checks, wire transfers, bank transfers, money grams or money orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge a sales tax of 8.75% for all orders shipped within California.
