NEW POLICY:  In order to run my business more effectively, I have found that I need to close each auction session in a 3 day period for combined shipping rates.  And I ask that you please respect this and pay immediately at the end of your 3 day period. During this time period, you can shop in my Ebay store and use the ~BUY IT NOW~ and ~MAKE AN OFFER~ features to receive combined shipping rates $2.50 US and $5.00 overseas for 6 ounces and under.  If you want to continue bidding past the three days and have me hold your items, you will be required to pay every three days and shipping will be incurred every three days.  This guarantees that your wins are set aside for you! 

COMBINED SHIPPING:  Combined shipping rates should now be automated with no need to have your invoice adjusted.  If you have any problems when checking out, please let me know.  $2.50 US within 3 days and $5.00 overseas within 3 days as long as the package is 6 ounces or under.  Should your package go over, I may have to contact you for additional shipping.

HANDMADE ITEMS:  If you have purchased one of my handmade items, please allow a seven day handling time. Items are made on demand just for you and while I make every effort to turn everything around as fast as possible, it's handmade and I want to get it right for you.

HANDMADE RINGS:  In addition, if you have purchased any of my handmade rings, please make sure I know what size to create for you.

RUSH/GIFT ORDERS:  If you need your wins in a rush, please contact me to see what can be worked out.

CLEARANCE BEADS:  On occasion it might be necessary for me to substitue beads on clearance items due to human error and overselling.  I make every effort to avoid this and my new policy should help, however, I am human.  If this happens I will make good with other similiar and ~AWESOME BEADS~! for you!!!  I make every effort to communicate this upfront, but during the clearance sale, it's not always possible and getting out your shipment takes top priority.

RETURN POLICY:  I am a small company, and therefore, my policy is exchange only.  I back my product 100% and will work with anyone should there be a defective item.  To date, I have never had this problem!  Please bid with caution and read carefully.  I try my best to make everything clear.  If you have any questions, please contact me before purchasing.
