Shipping terms

Product will normally ship in one to two working days unless otherwise stated.

For multiple item sales, you only need to pay shipping on the first larger item, the rest is free shipping (this does not apply on items shipped outside the continental usa).

Seller will adjust any excess shipping costs on multiple items when the seller sends final invoice to the buyer.

Larger items over 12 lbs shipping must be paid on each item.

Shipping insurance is included on all orders.

Product will not be shipped until payment is received and funds clear. Please allow extra time for e-checks to clear.

Most items will ship usps parcel post. Please allow 5-9 working days, this does not include holidays.

if you need your item (sent faster) please contact the seller at 1-800-695-8263.  usps priority ship times are 2-4 days within the lower 48 states, and the cost is usally only a few dollars more.

Return policy

ALL ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MUST BE DONE WITHIN

7 WORKING DAYS FROM TIME BUYER RECIEVES PRODUCT. Unless otherwise stated in the ebay listing.

(Seller will pay) return shipping costs if the product is:

1. Damaged in shippment

2. Defective product: item is not working when you get it.

3  Seller sends wrong item.

(Seller will not pay) the return shipping cost on: Buyer will pay all shipping costs.

1. Buyer wants to exchange item for something else.

2. Buyer changes mind after purchase.

3  Buyer purchases wrong item on accident.

4. Warranty items:(if the factory won't pay the shipping cost under the manufacturers warranty).

Exchanged New Items there will be no restocking fee.

 returned items used will have a 15 % restocking fee of the gross sale price.

returned items new within the 7 days will have no restocking fee. after 7 days buyer will agree to pay 10% processing and restocking fee.

The Vacuum Doctor will not accept any returns past 30 days for any reason. If the Item is under warranty the item will be fixed or replaced by the seller or maker of the product. If the Maker won't honnor the product warranty. the seller holds itself harmless.
