• Placing a bid on this item constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these Terms of Sale.  Failure to read this material does not dismiss your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to cancel bids and/or limit the quantity of bids on our product if the buyer has excessive negative feedback, or if the buyer has zero feedback.
• Once you have placed a bid, you have entered a legally binding contract to purchase the item.

• We contact all successful bidders within one business day after the auction ends.  You will receive an e-mail that lists complete payment details.  We are not open on weekends. 
• If the ad indicates that your item needs to ship via freight, you will receive a notice requesting additional shipping information.  Once you have replied to this request, we will provide a final shipping quote.  Please do not pay for items that will ship via freight until after you have received a final quote.
• E-mail filters and corporate firewalls often prevent legitimate e-mails from going through.  If you have not received an e-mail from us within one working day after the auction ends, check to ensure that your mail is not being filtered or provide us with an alternate e-mail address.  In addition, please be sure that the e-mail address you have registered with eBay is current.

• We must receive payment within 7 days after the auction ends.
• Because eBay charges us service fees for each item we sell, we will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert on the 8th day after the auction ends.  If we have not received payment after this, we will turn the auction over to eBay for Final Value Fee Reimbursement.  Note: A Non-Paying Bidder Alert will not hurt your standing on eBay; A FVF request will effect your standing on eBay.
• Florida sales are subject to 7% Sales Tax.
• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks.
• We do not accept personal checks, business checks, cash, or Wire Transfers.  We reserve the right to refuse payments that do not comply with this policy.
• If you receive e-mail indicating that payment should be sent to any address other then the verified payment address below, please contact us immediately.

• Listed Shipping Costs are not negotiable.
• Please contact us to check on availability of combined item shipping.
• On auctions totaling $300.00 or more, we will only ship to your credit card's billing address or to your PayPal Confirmed address.  If you would like to ship to an unconfirmed address, you may pay with a money order or cashiers check.
• All shipments are insured.  Buyers do not need to pay for additional insurance.
• We will ship to locations in the Continental United States and Canada.  We will not ship freighted items to Canada.
• Canadian buyers are responsible for all duty charges.  
• Items shipped to Canada do not come with a warranty regardless of the terms listed in the ad.
• We will not ship Internationally.  We will not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories or protectorates.  We do not ship to APO, PO or AFO boxes.  Sorry, there are no exceptions.
• Items will usually ship one business day after your payment clears.  Items shipped Common Carrier (freight) may take longer.
• We will provide a notice when the item has shipped; tracking numbers are available on request.
• Items are not available for pickup.

• Sales Listed AS IS:
  • Items that are sold AS IS are not covered under warranty; implied or otherwise.  We do not accept returns on items sold AS IS--No exceptions.
  • We state all known problems with items that are sold AS IS.  However, there may be problems that we are not aware of, or, simply did not know to look for.  We do not warrant that an item sold AS IS is working, 100% complete or fit for use.
  • Items shipped to Canada and Alaska do not come with a warranty regardless of the terms listed in the ad.
• Sales Listed with a Warranty:
  • Our warranty guarantees that the item will work as described in the body of the ad.  It also guarantees that the item will come with the components explicitly listed in the ad--it does not cover unlisted components or accessories.
  • Warranted returns will be replaced or repaired.  A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.
  • Some products may have cosmetic imperfections such as inventory stickers, scratches, dents, cracks and discoloration due to normal wear and tear.  Our warranty does not cover such imperfections.
  • This warranty does not cover items returned due to user error, inappropriate use, software or driver related issues, or "buyer's remorse."
  • Having the item repaired or altered by a 3rd party renders your warranty null and void.
