I SHIP PACKAGES WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF CLEARED PAYMENT. ANY DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. I AM HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SHIPPING/TRACKING NUMBER AGAIN IF YOU CANNOT LOCATE THE E-MAIL FROM PAYPAL.

Return policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving date in original packaging unless otherwise specifed as no returns in listing. - Buyer pays for the shipping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on our eBay listings. If you decide within 14 days from the date you order from us, you can return the item to us. All items returned to us as a change of mind or unwanted items must be original factory sealed to receive a refund. Actual shipping charges are not refundable despite of free shipping offered. You also have to agree with eBay's request for mutual cancellation of the transaction to avoid unpaid strike due to the refund. Open items cannot be returned unless defective.
