Purchase of item(s) from my listings constitute buyers agreement with all store & listing policies as written.  It is the buyers responsibility to read and understand all policies prior to bidding or purchase.  In general, I offer a 3 day return policy for all non-reproducible item auctions with exception of those non-returnable items specifically adressed below.  Reproducible items refers to anything which can be copied after receipt, ie; DVD's, CD's, documents, photos, etc.  For any item that has been graded, encased, sealed or has any other form of protective covering, ambiance or provenance, must be returned in the exact same condition as shown and/or described in listing when purchased as value for those type of items is dependant upon condition.  Without exception, any tampering with or attempts to open or replace contents,  item encasements or damage to item, negate buyers right to return or refund.  Refund for all qualifying items is money back minus any cost incurred by seller for fees, shipping, insurance, delivery confirmation or other.  Furniture:  Custom furniture items are only manufactured at a buyers request/purchase.  Each piece is hand-made and unique by customers selection of available designs, options and/or colors. Therefore, a No Return policy is in effect for all hand/custom-made items.  Please ask all questions prior to purchase....by purchasing, buyer is commissioning a licensed small business and entering into a legally binding contract through Ebay.  Estate Antiques/Items:  Any item described as an Estate or antique item are sold as as-is/No Return items.  I do not clean, touch-up or repair these items in any way.  Each item is described and presented to the best of my ability. I do not represent that I am knowledgeable in any specific area of collecting so it is the buyers full responsibility to request additional information, photos or take steps to familiarize and/or satisfy themselves with an items condition or value prior to purchase.  As values are dependant on many factors beyond my control, I am not responsible for any items, collectible or other, stated, present or future value.  S&H:  Items are generally shipped next business day after receipt of payment confirmation.  Allow 2-3 lead time for wallbeds.  I try to ship at lowest cost possible for buyers benefit and will refund any difference of shipping cost from actual if more than $1.  For higher cost items, I may include insurance and/or delivery confirmation cost in stated S&H so do not give me a high shipping cost feedback if that is the case.  I only charge what it cost me to ship and do not profit form shipping.  I want my buyers to be 100% satisfied, so in the infrequent event where there is a problem, please contact me immediately so I can address the issue.  Positive feedback is left after receiving to confirm that item has been received and buyer is satisfied with purchase.  If different, the general terms & policies as written in this specific promotional block write-up have precedence over that of any individual listing.
