All sales are subject to 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If for any reason a product has not met your needs, just email or call us to arrange for return back to our warehouse within 7 days from from receiving the item. We will provide a return authorization number to mark on the package.
Returned products must be in same new condition, without any wear, scratches or dings, carefully re- packed in original packaging with sales receipt, warranty cards, manufacturer manuals, accessories, cables, etc. or a restocking fee may apply.
Upon receipt we will issue *full refund, store credit or exchange, less any shipping/handling charges paid. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the buyer.
*If your purchase was eligible or sent with FREE shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Note: Certain items such as microphones, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, ear plugs and similar items are not returnable due to health department restrictions. Once opened, DVD's, software, music books, tablature and electronic parts are not returnable.
