Shipping
Orders are usually processed & shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment, sometimes processing takes longer.
Your billing & shipping address must match. We require this for your protection from Fraud.
We ship UPS & USPS. Please provide both a PO Box & Street Address of you have one to ensure the fastest delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. You will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment of your order.
You must have purchased shipping insurance to get a replacement.
Estimated delivery time for Domestic shipment is 7-10 business days (Allowing an additional 2-3 business days for processing). International is 10-15 business days (Allowing an additional 2-3 business days for processing).
Sorry, we do not ship Ariat Internationally...
For shipments to Idaho addresses, we are required by State law to collect Sales Tax.
Returns
We will accept Exchanges & Returns within 10 days of delivery of product.
•Please email CustomerService@QualityWestern.com for a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without this number.
•All products must be returned in their original condition, never worn, never washed, with original tags, and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box for return shipment.
•Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping carton and send it back to us.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless it is our error or a defective product.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Once your return is received, you will receive a refund of your purchase price less 20%.
If you are requesting an exchange, you will be billed the shipping cost again for shipping the exchanged product if it is in stock.
