accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of the item(s) delivery. Items must be in their original condition. We will not
reimburse the return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping
charges. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price
paid, minus insurance and shipping. If we feel that the return policy is
being abused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or
refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment. You must contact us before returning your

1- You should request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before
you ship the item back to us. We will provide the return address.
2- Please enclose your original shipping document and return it in the
original or equivalent plastic packaging. If you don't have your shipping
document, please printout your name, address, phone number and order/item
number, and enclose it with your returned product. For "Exchanges" or

3- For your security, please return the package to us by an insured and
traceable courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit. We are not
responsible for the lost return packages.
