| Q:Will you mark the customs form as "gift"? |

| A:Sorry but due to international laws and postal regulations, I cannot mark merchandise as a "gift." I can, however, reduce the item's declared value in most cases. Remember that per eBay's rules, all customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. |

| A:Your customs form number will be added to the Paypal transaction page on the day of shipment. Please check the Paypal transaction page to view it. Note that the customs form number will ONLY show the date of shipment and will not show international tracking after that. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Refunds or replacements are offered for defective items only, within 7 days. If I have another of the same item in stock, a replacement will be given. I do NOT offer refunds for incompatibility issues, for example: an international buyer not being able to play a US NTSC game on their non-US game system. Make sure that your player can play the item. |

| A:International buyers, PAY ATTENTION: All of my items, unless otherwise noted, are original American NTSC format releases (R1 for DVDs, NTSC/UC for games). R1 DVDs, Playstation, PS2, Gamecube, Wii, and original Xbox games will not work on international systems unless you have a region-free system. PSP/DS games are region-free and work on all systems |

| A:All orders within the US will receive a USPS delivery confirmation number from Paypal. US buyers, watch for an email from Paypal to come with your delivery confirmation number. Alternatively, check your Paypal transaction page for the delivery confirmation number. |

| A:I typically ship international packages daily on weekdays. First Class will take 1-8 weeks to arrive. You will receive an email from Paypal with your Customs Form number once I ship. | A:The US Postal Service does NOT offer international tracking for lightweight packages sent by First Class International. The only thing I can give you is a Customs Form number, which will show the date and time that I mailed it. Tracking is only available for Priority/Express Mail, which will cost $20+ for shipping. If you require tracking, ASK me. |
