 | A: If the item in the pictures is not the one you receive or it is not in the condition I have described and you have emailed me with any questions of concern; I will issue a money back refund to include the original shipping, provided the item is returned within 7 days in the condition it was shipped to you. No refunds for uninsured items!! |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes, on most items. Large items or lots of glassware can not always be combined. Also, making the box larger can be more expensive than paying for individual shipments. Email us with your City and Zip Code and which items you are interested in and we will let you know. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We encourage and push USPS Prioity shipping. Usually 2-4 days in the USA. We have had fewer problems and faster service with Priority. Parcel Post and Media can move slow. We try to ship within 2 business days of completed payment. Remember that if you pay by check it may be held until it clears. Also, we do not control the shippers speed!! |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: On USA shipments it is the actual cost plus 1.50 cents to $3.50 handling charge on most items. Large quanties of glassware packed in the same box require more packing material to include bubble and items that are double or triple boxed can have an additional charge of $3.00 or more for packing material and handling. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes we do. As long as the item can legally ship to that country. Please remember that the cost can change significantly from country to country and that Economy is no longer offered as is insurance to most countries. Even though we provide the eBay calculator it is best to email for a shipping quote to your country before bidding. |
 | Q: Why is shipping so high on some items? |

 | A: We try to use the eBay calculator on most listings. Please make sure you enter the right US or Country zip code. Shipping went up again in 2007. Size now dictates the cost as much as weight. Unfortunately, we are in Zone 1 (east coast) in the USA. There are 8 zones. Shipping gets expensive in zone 5,6,7, & 8. This is out of our control! Sorry. |
 | Q: Do you answer emails and questions and respond to special requests? |

 | A: If you have a question it must be asked through the eBay system. If after winning an item or making a purchase and you have a special request you must contact us through the eBay system, not PayPal or other email addresses. We try to answer all questions. Please ask in plenty of time before auction ends so we have time to respond! |
 | Q: What is your feedback policy? |

 | A: We leave feedback after we receive it. That is our policy!! Waiting to do so lets us know you have received the item and are satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us right away by email so we can make it right. Leaving a negative/neutral will not solve the problem nor does filing a PayPal dispute. This causes delays. |
 | Q: How do you ship and pack? |

 | A: We prefer USPS Priority or UPS Ground. We also use parcel post, media and first class. FedEx is not convenient and Greyhound is not available in our area. We recommend shipping in a box. If you choose first class or media and we ship in a mailer or envelope it can easily be lost, bent or folded. Go Priority if you can, it is worth it. |
 | Q: Do you end auctions early or add Buy It Now if asked? |

 | A: If an item has a bid then we will not consider it. This is not fair to other bidders. If it does not have a bid and we can agree on a price we can add a Buy It Now. This allows the item to still sell through eBay and protects us both. If there is a listing error or damage to an item after it is listed, we will end the auction and relist if we can. |
 | Q: How can I contact you? |

 | A: Please do so through the eBay system for yours and our protection. Also, if you are the winning bidder or buyer, when you now check out, there is a place to leave a note that we check when printing invoices. We do not respond to emails sent outside the eBay system! |

 | A: We are in Cumberland, Maryland 21502. That is in shipping zone 1 on the east coast. Consider when bidding that there are 8 shipping zones in the USA and if you are on the west coast in zone 8, s/h costs are much higher. If item is pick up only, please look us up on a map before bidding as it is easy to miscalculate mileage or where we actually are! |

 | A: Please contact us right away and if we confirm what you say we will thank you and make changes right away even if we have to end an auction. We always try to list accurately based on our research and contacts, but miss things and make mistakes. |

 | A: We feel that eBay does a great job and for many items it is the best place to sell and buy. We do not always agree with eBay's policies/rules, but do our best to fully comply. There are good and bad Sellers as well as good and bad Buyers. There is no way to please everyone all the time, but in the end, eBay is in charge! |
