For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products to us within 3 days of the receipt of the merchandise and we will refund the value of your returned goods minus 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in a new condition with original packaging and freight-prepaid. For your protection, we recommend to properly insure the returned package. THIS APPLIES ONLY FOR THE ITEM, WHICH IS PURCHASED AT NORMAL RETAIL PRICE. We cannot accept returns on used bedding due to hygiene considerations. Discounted items or items purchased, as part of a special promotion are NOT eligible for cash refunds. Special orders or custom made products are non-returnable.
