We routinely ship 9-11 yards of 44"W cotton fabric for a flat $5.65 (domestic), $12.95(International) & $10.95(Canada) - flannel would be approx 6-7 yds (We also ship up to 28  yards of 44" wide fabric in the flat rate box!).  Be sure to send us an email asking for combined shipping before you pay for anything.
