I am an international
buyer, how come the shipping price is not the same as stated in the auction?
Some of our auctions clearly
state for international buyers to email us for the shipping price before
bidding. It's just impossible to ship packages internationally for the same
price as the United States. The price of shipping that we quote to
international buyers is for the United States Postal Service's Airmail
shipping.
I have paid for the item,
when will it ship out?
We ship all items out within
24-48 hours of processing your order. We will email you the shipment
information (tracking/delivery confirmation numbers, etc.) once payment is
received and your order processed.
What is my shipping cost
for X amount of items?
If you are unclear on how
our combined shipping works, here is a more detailed explanation:
If you are a buyer from the
continental US, you take the price of the highest shipping cost of all the
items, then add $3.00 for each additional item. This works for a total of 6
items in most cases.
If you are a buyer that
needs your item to ship to a PO Box, APO, FPO, GU, HI, AK, PR, or VI
address, you take the price of the highest shipping cost of all the items,
then add $5.00 for each additional item. This works for a total of 6 items
in most cases.
If you are a buyer from
Canada, you take the price of the highest shipping cost of all the items,
then add $5.00 for each additional item. This works for a total of 6 items
in most cases.

we will be happy to quote you a shipping price.
What shipping company do
you use?
For shipping to the
continental US and Canada, we use USPS as standard shipping method and UPS
for oversized and heavy items.
For shipping to a PO Box,
APO, FPO, GU, HI, AK, PR, or VI address, we use USPS Priority Mail.
For shipping
internationally, we use the United States Postal Service's Airmail. You can
however request surface mail at a lower cost, or Express Mail (EMS) for a
higher shipping cost.
How long will it take my
item to arrive?
Items shipped by UPS take
anywhere between 2-7 business days from the time we ship out the item to
arrive, depending on how far you are from California.
Items shipped out by USPS
Priority Mail usually take 3 days to arrive, but that is not guaranteed.
Items shipped
internationally by USPS Airmail take about 7-10 business days to arrive, but
that is not guaranteed.
What forms of payment do
you accept?
We accept Paypal, major
credit cards through Paypal, money order, cashier's checks, personal checks,
and bidpay.
You sent me the wrong
item, what do I do now?
Please email us at
rc_mart@earthlink.net and
provide us with your item number, and we will be glad to send out the
correct item for you.
How do I return an item?
We only take returns for
defective items. PLEASE PLEASE inspect your item before opening the package
and removing the protective straps/tape. We will not exchange the item if
you do not abide by those rules. We do not take returns if you don't like
the item, and defective items can only be exchanged for the same thing.
My order arrived damaged.
What should I do?
For all USPS shipments, if
insurance is not purchased, sorry, we cannot do anything about it.
For all UPS shipments,
please keep the item and all the packaging and email us immediately. We will
replace the item or issue you a refund once the claim has been process.
Please be patient as claims can take up to two-weeks or more to complete.
I'm an international
buyer, its been over a month, how come my item still has not arrived?
Please check with your local
post office, and ask them how to contact their customs department. If it has
taken this long and still your package has not arrived, it is most likely
stuck in customs waiting for someone to sign for it.
