Not one of our packages has ever been damaged or required insurance. Accidents do and will happen however! If you decline insurance we will not be responsible for loss or damage. UPS and Fed EX shipments include insurance. We reserve the right to use these services at our discretion to provide insurance. Most of our listings have calculated shipping at actual cost with a very small handling fee. Items that are too large and must be shipping individually will incur flat rate shipping charges.
