All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back to our warehouse. Please contact us at 661-245-2000 or (888) 406-1844 to obtain an RMA number. If it has been more than 14 days and the item has a manufacturers' warranty, you will need to contact them directly.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
All returns are for merchandise/store credit.
Defective items will be replaced with brand new of the same item. According to our return policy there will be a 25% restocking fee if the item is being returned for reasons other than defect.
