Returns

Radiopro offers a 7 day test and exchange warranty on all items. New radios carry a full manufacturers warranty. We try to deal with returns as quickly as possible but please ensure you contact us before returning the item as this speeds things up.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods as soon as possible upon the receipt of the item and firstly given the chance to send a replacement. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
