RAM-Memory Certified Pre-Owned RAM modules may have writing or marking on the product label, or may exhibit cosmetic scratches or residue on other areas of the product. These cosmetic flaws may be due to coming in contact with other materials or machinery during the acquisition process. RAM-Memory guarantees that all physical signs of use do not affect proper product functionality in any way whatsoever, since such products must pass vigorous and comprehensive testing in order to be sold with our highly-respected RAM-Memory Certification. RAM-Memory Certified Pre-Owned products are sold at a significant discount SOLELY because of their cosmetic appearance, and the performance of these products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the industry standard for functionality.
2. All “brand new / new condition pull” RAM will be covered by a 1 year, one-time replacement

RAM-MEMORY WARRANTY REDEMPTION
At the time of the completion of payment for the item, the customer should print or otherwise save the following materials, which will be required to receive a RAM-Memory Warranty Return Authorization for redemption (if necessary or applicable). It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain copies of these original documents, which will validate the RAM-Memory warranty. For many reasons, RAM-Memory may not have the ability to keep all required, transaction-specific details on file for the duration of the warranty period, so all materials must be maintained by the customer to redeem the warranty.
Warranty Redemption Requirements:
Physical or digital copy / transcript of the original, full and complete eBay auction advertisement page in its entirety for the exact item purchased and solicited for warranty coverage
Physical or digital copy / transcript of the official, full and complete payment detail summary / receipt, including all transaction-specific details and reference number(s) or transaction ID(s) associated with the original purchase of the product under warranty
The original, entirely unaltered merchandise covered by the warranty
> > > This merchandise must NOT be (either in whole or part) physically damaged or affected by exposure
to water, the elements, or any other usage type except that which is deemed to be “normal use” by the
manufacturer(s) of the whole or its part(s)
> > > Product identification (such as serial number(s), model number(s), and item details) must be clearly legible
and must correspond to the exact details maintained in our product database from original dispatch
> > > If a RAM-Memory barcode was included on the product, it must have remained entirely unaltered and
intact
All required information and materials must be clearly legible and complete. Any missing or obscured information provided to RAM-Memory during the warranty redemption process may result in the voiding of the RAM-Memory warranty.
With confirmation of all three items and sub-items above, our Customer Service team will be permitted to generate a unique Warranty Return Authorization number for the processing of your materials as per the coverage of the warranty. Only upon inspection and confirmation of these materials at our facility has been completed, the Return Authorization will be validated and guaranteed.
RAM-Memory Warranty Replacement / Repair Process:
1. RAM-Memory issues a Warranty Return Authorization number and send you a link to the appropriate Warranty
RMA document.
2. Print and complete the entirety of the Warranty RMA document, ensuring to fill all empty spaces and to read
the terms of the Return Policy. Sign your name and include the date at the very bottom of the document.
3. Gather the following materials:
a. The entirely completed Warranty RMA document
b. A copy / transcript of the original, full and complete eBay auction advertisement page
c. A copy / transcript of the official, full and complete payment detail summary / receipt
d. The original, entirely unaltered merchandise covered by the warranty
4. Together, pack all materials from step 3 (items “a,” “b,” “c,” and “d”) in secure and protective packaging
supplies. (The customer is responsible for any and all physical damage occurring during parcel transit.)
5. Write the required Warranty RMA number on the outside of the package, next to or below the mailing address.
(Warranty returns which do not include this information on the outside of the package will be refused.)
6. Mail all of the materials in one parcel to our return address via the shipping service and method of your choice.
Faster services are not recommended, since they are not cost effective and will not reduce the actual
processing time once the merchandise arrives to our warehouse.
a. The product should be fully wrapped in protective material prior to shipment, including but not limited to
bubble wrap, packing peanuts, foam, or any other material which is guaranteed to fully protect the
merchandise from physical damage during transit. The customer is 100% responsible for any physical
damage which occurs to the merchandise prior to inspection and processing at our facility. Return parcel
tracking/delivery confirmation and insurance coverage are encouraged but not required, except as
needed for proof of delivery in the case of missing parcels or unexpected damage prior to delivery.
7. When the parcel arrives, we will process the materials as per the warranty policy in the order of receipt (usually
within 1-2 business days). The merchandise will be inspected and processed as per all stated requirements.
We will contact you at the email address provided on the Warranty RMA document if any additional information
is required.
8. Replacement product will be promptly shipped to your return address, and a tracking or confirmation number
will be provided via email.
RAM-Memory Warranty Replacement Materials:
All RAM-Memory warranties feature comprehensive, one-time replacement coverage within the full duration and provision of the advertised warranty. All warranty replacement materials will be covered by a complimentary three day NON-DOA warranty from the date of confirmation of delivery, after which time the responsibility of future product replacement or repair is transferred to the buyer. Our three day NON-DOA warranty ensures that the replacement product(s) have been received in acceptable condition and can be adequately tested before seller liability expires. Prior to shipment to the customer, all replacement materials are thoroughly and adequately checked and rechecked prior to shipment. However, there are some detriments of the shipping process which cannot be anticipated or avoided. For this reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to promptly notify RAM-Memory in writing within the three day NON-DOA warranty period of all product issues which affect acceptable functionality in order to receive proper coverage.
