| Q:What is your pricing policy? |

| A:We price our items at or below market price. For store items, we mark down every 30 days. But don't wait too long, as the item you're waiting to buy at $20 may be the same item someone else is waiting to buy at $25! |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We will accept returns up to 7 days after auction ends due to an item being listed incorrectly or not as described. We will refund the purchase price less shipping (both ways) upon return receipt of the item(s). |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we combine shipping. There is no set formula due to the variety of merchandise we sell. Once an auction ends, we will send you an invoice with the discounted shipping rate based on the items purchased. If you want a specific quote, please email with exact items you are interested in. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship multiple times per week using USPS Parcel Post, First Class, Media Mail, Priority and FedEx Ground. Typical arrival times for domestic shipments is 10 days or less from time of shipment. International shipment times vary. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Our shipping charges are very reasonable. Included in the shipping charge is what we feel a fair handling charge to cover packaging materials, time, labor, etc. If you compare our S&H to others selling similar products, you'll find them to be a bargain! |

| A:Yes, we do ship internationally. Since each item's weight varies, we ask that you send us a request for shipping quote and we will provide you with rates and timeframes for the best shipping option(s). Please note, we will accept Paypal from confirmed addresses for international buyers only. |
