After you have won / bought an item you will receive a winner notification email from our checkout system. Typically this email arrives in about 10 to 15 minutes after you have won. The checkout link is included in this Email.
Please make sure that all the items you have won are paid for within 3 days after the end of an auction.
We do provide combined shipping for multiple item purchases. Typically the shipping cost is $4.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Shipping cost does vary for some items.

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We understand though that in some cases you want to return the item for a refund. Here is our return policy:
- You have to email us to notify of the return first.
- The product must be returned to us within 7 days of arrival.
- The product must be in the same conditions as when sent out.
- Shipping and Ebay fees will be deducted from the total of refund.
- Shipping Fees for sending the item back to us will not be refunded.
- If the product has been tampered with we will send it back to you and no refund will be provided.
- Please allow up to 30 days to process the returned items for a refund.

- An Item Will Be Re-Listed.
