SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- We ship via United States Postal Service.
- Shipping is based on weight and package shape and is determined by your postal zip code or country. If the rate is not already listed, you can enter your location into the shipping calculator to determine cost, or simply contact us for any worldwide shipping rate and we will be happy to let you know the exact fee.
- We ship worldwide. International buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes.
- A small handling fee may be added to select Non-Priority and International shipments, as well as to certain fragile or larger sized shipments that require additional packaging material. Most of our Priority shipping is sent out at actual cost to buyer.
- Insurance is automatically included for all packages at no extra cost to you! We self-insure all of our shipments against loss or damage. Most of our packages also include complimentary USPS Delivery Confirmation for added security.
- All items are carefully packaged and sent out immediately after receiving payment - usually within one business day or less.
- We gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases paid for in one payment during any 7 day period. Please request an updated invoice when purchasing more than one item and we will send you the correct invoice that reflects your combined shipping discount!
- Please advise us if you require a particular method of shipping, need overnight delivery, or any other postal or special handling service.

1. How can I pay for my purchase?
We gladly accept PayPal for all purchases. 2. Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we gladly combine shipping whenever possible! Please request an updated invoice when purchasing more than one item and we will send you the correct invoice that reflects your shipping discount. Our combined shipping offer is good for most items purchased with one payment during any 7 day period.
3. Do combined shipping prices automatically appear during checkout?
Certain items may be automatically discounted upon checkout, but most of our items cannot be automatically discounted, as our shipping calculations are based upon weight and location, and vary from customer to customer. Therefore, it is always best to request an updated invoice when purchasing more than one item. We will gladly combine shipping and send you the correct total that reflects your discount.
4. Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship Worldwide. However, some countries do have certain rules and restrictions that may prohibit one of our items from being shipped to that particular country. If there are no restrictions, we will gladly ship Internationally. Also, please keep in mind that International shipping can be quite expensive, so please always ask us if you are unsure of the cost before making a purchase. We will be more than happy to let you know the exact shipping and handling fee for any International destination. Any Taxes or Duties associated with International shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. How do I use my Discount Code?
If you would like to apply a Discount Code to one of your purchases, simply complete payment through PayPal as usual and then email us the specific Discount Code you would like to use and we will immediately issue your discount as a refund back through PayPal. If your Discount Code refers to an offer for Free Shipping, please email us that Code before completing payment and we will send you an updated invoice with No Shipping Charges!
8. When can I expect to receive my purchase?
All items are carefully packaged and sent out immediately after receiving payment - usually within one business day or less! The United States Postal Service averages 1 to 9 business days for package delivery to U.S. addresses - depending upon shipping method and barring any unusual circumstances (weather, misguided packages, holidays, etc.). First Class and Priority shipments tend to arrive within 2 - 4 business days, but may take longer. Parcel Post and Media Mail deliveries can take upwards of 9 business days for delivery. At your request, we can ship packages overnight to most areas - please contact us for specific rates. (*International Shipping can take between 6 and 12 business days for most deliveries, but sometimes may take longer).

12. Are your items new or old?
We sell both new and old items. Most of our items are either Antique or Vintage and have been previously owned. However, we do sell many Brand New Collectibles, as well. All of the items in our Giftware Category are Brand New. You should never have any doubt as to the age or condition of any of our items. Our listings will clearly state if an item is New. Likewise, if an item is Antique or Vintage, we will also clearly state that in the listing and we will make note of any particular issues of wear or condition that may be of importance. We do not sell reproductions. All of our items are indeed Antique, Vintage, or are New Collectibles/Giftware.
