Q. Are your
items authentic?
A. 100% YES. We sell nothing but
authentic items. We are personal shoppers and
most all our items are purchased by us or our
associates for our clients. If there is
something that has not been purchased by us we
have it looked at by an expert to be assured
that we are selling an original item and not a
copy.
Q. Are your store items from a smoke
free, pet free and fragrance free environment?
A. Yes, our items are kept in a
temperature controlled, air purified facility.
Q. Do you measure all your items?
A. Yes, we measure every item. Designer
names vary in sizing so we ensure that you have
the proper fit. If there is a measurement you
need please let us know and we will provide you
with it.
Q. Can you ship a less expensive method
than Express mail International?
A. Unfortunately we only ship EXPRESS
mail outside the US. We are required to provide
a tracking number when you pay with PayPal. This
is the only service that provides that.
