STORE POLICIES
Payment:
- PayPal Preferred (If you cannot pay via PayPal, we'll accept a USPS Money Order if requested)
- Immediate payment preferred; Will wait a week if needed (It takes a few days to get confirmed). PayPal is free, requires a credit or debit card or checking account & email
- It's not necessary to wait for an invoice since we use the shipping calculator, which calculates your rate during the payment process
- Usually ships within 1-2 business days of payment clearing
- We ship to PayPal confirmed addresses only!

Shipping:
- To Calculate Shipping & Handling:
Enter your Zip Code into the eBay/UPS Shipping Calculator on the item page
- Packaging & Handling Fee: Varies; See the Item Description under "Shipping".
(This fee is included in the Shipping Calculator quote)
- Shipping is based on current UPS Ground rates to your zip code by weight & size
- We prefer to ship UPS for their guaranteed delivery estimates & tracking!
- Your tracking # will be automatically emailed to you when we print the shipping labels so that you may track your shipment.
- A signature is required for delivery for your protection against theft. If no one will be there to sign for it, please contact us prior to shipment and we will make arrangements. The signature required cannot be changed after shipment per UPS policy.
U.S. 48 Contiguous States: UPS Ground
Alaska & Hawaii: UPS Ground (or USPS If Requested; USPS is much more cost effective to HI or AK, but it takes longer and has no tracking)
Please Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes! (UPS only delivers to street addresses).

Local Pick Up:
We always welcome local pickups! Please let us know ASAP and wait for us to remove the Shipping & Handling charges before paying. Please see our About Me Page or email us for more information.
Terms of Sale:
- Items are in the condition as described. The photos are of the actual items unless noted otherwise.
- Items will be packed well and insured through the shipping carrier (UPS)
- Warranty: New, used, tested, and untested items have No Warranty or Returns unless damaged or lost during shipping, or item(s) are not as described due to an error in the listing or shipping of the item(s). We must be notified as soon as possible.
- If damaged in shipping, we must be notified ASAP so that we may file a claim w/ the carrier. You must keep the box for their inspection. UPS claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery.
- We cannot guarantee delivery time estimates. Shipping & Handling is Non-Refundable.
- We cannot guarantee compatibility. Please research compatibility and requirements before bidding! If you have any questions please ask before bidding.

If you need to contact us please email us (See options below). We will answer as soon as possible Monday through Friday between the hours of 10AM to 7PM Pacific Time.
- For Active Listings: "Ask seller a question" is under "Seller Information" on the top right of each item listing. It is also under the "What else can you do?" section at the bottom of the page of each item listing.
- If You've Already Won: Go to the item page and click on "Contact Seller" about this item (To find this link, go to My Ebay, sign in and click on Won, find the auction and click on the Item Title. It will be towards the top of the page on the left).
Please do NOT call or email our retail stores regarding eBay sales, because: 1) Our retail store employees are trained for our retail store only and are not trained to answer eBay questions, 2) They do not have access to our eBay or PayPal account information or our UPS shipping records, 3) They do not have any authority to make decisions regarding eBay sales, and 4) Our small eBay staff wants to make sure that all of your questions are answered correctly.
Feedback Policy
We leave feedback for buyers once the item(s) have been delivered and we know that the customer is happy with their purchase. If there are any problems, please contact us ASAP via phone (or at the number listed on your invoice) or email us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We have over 1000 Positive Feedback Ratings with 100% Positive Feedback and zero negatives.
Per eBay Rules: Contact your trading partner and try to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback. You cannot remove Feedback you have left, so be sure to leave only fair and factual comments and ratings... Try to use negative feedback as a last resort. These comments and ratings are valuable indicators of your reputation as a buyer or seller on eBay. |
