Unless otherwise noted, all equipment comes with a 6 month full warranty.
All equipment valued over $100 will be insured unless prior arrangements are made.
Cancelling or excluding the insurance may result in forfeiting our warranty on the item
Any damages proven to be caused by shipping will not be covered by our warranty if the item was not insured.
***There are no additional costs for the insurance when our shipping is used.***
In cases where shipping is arranged by customers it is the responsibility of the the customer to insure the package unless prior arrangements are made.
In cases where we use a customers account to ship a package insurance will be added unless prior arrangements are made.
In cases were the customer has their own insurance, they take responsibility for all damages caused by shipping and all warranties are in, otherwise, persistence with all stated here.
Equipment is guaranteed to be received as described in the listing or a full refund will be given upon the items return.
In the event damage was caused during shipping, note it with the driver and please contact us immediately
Though we are not responsible incorrectly ordered items, we will negotiate a trade of the items. Please call or email the store. See Fees below.
ALL returns must be accompanied with an RMA which can be obtained by calling or via email.
Fees - A 15% restocking fee may apply for cancelled and/or returned orders.
A depreciation fee may be applicable on returned items that can no longer be sold as "new."
This rate can vary from 10 to 20% depending on the circumstance and item.
