 | A: As posted in our complete selling policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the closeout items that we sell on eBay. Therefore, please ask any questions regarding the item, & read our complete listing description & selling policy before bidding/buying an item. Used items are sold as-is & all damage will be clearly described in the listing. |
 | Q: DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING? |

 | A: We will, of course, combine shipping & handling for items shipped to the same buyer at the same time. As you purchase more items from us, you will receive an updated combined invoice. Larger orders may be split between invoices, as eBay only allows a certain number of items per invoice. |
 | Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM TO ARRIVE? |

 | A: We normally ship as soon as possible after receiving payment. Typical shipping days are Monday through Friday, as well as some Saturdays (except for federal holidays, when we are closed). Domestic packages that are shipped by USPS Priority Mail typically take 2-3 days to arrive. International orders will differ depending on shipping method chosen. |
 | Q: HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE? |

 | A: As posted in our listings and complete selling policy, in addition to the actual shipping cost of the package(s) being shipped, we also charge a $2.95 USD Handling Fee per each 5 items being shipped to the same buyer at the same time. The shipping calculator automatically adds in the Handling Fee. The Fee covers our packaging and selling costs. |
 | Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? |

 | A: We do ship internationally. We prefer to ship by USPS Global Express, as it is trackable and insured up to $100 USD. We also ship internationally by USPS Global Priority Mail and USPS Airmail Parcel Post if the buyer chooses, but these packages cannot be insured or tracked, and will take longer to arrive. |
