HAZ MAT SHIP & PAY
Because of the complexity of the shipping software adding Resin and “Other” Haz Mat items to a “Combined Order” and “Combined Shipping” creates some software confusion because these items can only be shipped UPS Ground and everything else can be shipped by USPS. If this happens to your order and you are overcharged we will refund you any shipping charge overage.
Int'l Customers

International Customers: Please check out the shipping videoon the Policy Page.  First Class International shipping does NOT have tracking. Packages may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. There is nothing I can do about this when First Class International postage is chosen. Priority and Express International have tracking. I can not be held responsible when First Class International is chosen.  I have recieved several packages returned with "not called for" stickers that sat in customs for several months. I can no longer refund First Class International shipments.

PayPal Ship Tracking
Look at your PayPal payment for your package tracking information. Use the tracking number in the US Postal track and confirm box on the USPS website. Yes we combine shipping, plus if you are overcharged for shipping we refund the difference. If you want to know the shipping for multiple molds, on the Shipping Tab, just change the quantity and that will give you a close estimate. We save you money by shipping molds in plastic envelopes, they don't add to the weight.
