All models are new in box. Items will only be exchanged or refunded if they contain manufacturers faults or are not as described in the advertising, or we have made an error in sending the wrong item, please contact us immediately for any claims. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, a claim must be made with Australia Post, if the item is not insured this is not possible. Rev'n Heaven cannot be responsible for items lost/damaged during shipping. (Note; This is a fairly rare occurance but does happen, so we DO recommend insurance especially for more expensive items.) | |
