Packages damaged in transit
If the package is damaged in transit, please let us know within 3 days after receiving the item. We will be happy to work with you in obtaining your insurance reimbursement.

RETURNS Every item is backed by our 10 day full return policy.  Wrong ITEM? Wrong color OR SIZE?  Whatever the reason, ! is happy to accept returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. 

For return authorization please us within 3 days of receipt of item(s). Return policy void after 10 days of receipt of  item.  Item must be in unused/unopened new condition.  Please include in your email the item number.

 Please wait to hear back from us before shipping the item. After we authorize the return, please wrap the item carefully and ship it back to us within 5 days via registered mail.
