When Will My Order Ship?

We make every attempt to ship the same day payment is recieved. Payments received after 3PM CST will automatically be shipped out the next business day.

What Shipping Company will my order be shipped with?

We use UPS ground for all shipments unless specified otherwise in the item description.

What do I do if i receive an incorrect part?

Contact us As soon as possible at info@rjparts.com to setup a return authorization and make arrangements for an exchange or a refund.

I've purchased and paid, but it has been 7 to 10 business days and i still don't have my item?

Contact us at info@rjparts.com and be sure to give us your item number, description, and your name and we will investigate the order and reply in a timely fashion.

I need an item i don't see listed, do you offer the item i am needing even if it isn't in any of your listings?

Chances are good we can get the item you are needing in a timely fashion. Email us at info@rjparts to ask us to list the item.

What is your return Policy?

Returns due to an error on the part of RJ Parts Co. and or the employees of RJ Parts Co. will be refunded at 100% of purchase price plus shipping costs incurred to get the item returned to one of our warehouses. Returns due to an error by the purchaser will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be shipped back to one of our warehouses at the expense of the purchaser. Always check your OEM part numbers against what we have listed.


I think this part/item may work for me but i am not sure, what should I do?
