We provide fast shipping to our cusotmers. Items ship 1-2 days after cleared payment is received. We make it easy on you to pay for your items by accepting: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. If you would like to pay with your credit card, please call 501-428-3943 or email us, and we'll call you at your specified time. Please finalize payment within seven days of the close of your auction or order. OSP items have insurance included for the purchase price when shipped within the U.S. Otherwise, insurance is always your option. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for the package after it leaves our care. If it arrives damaged, or gets lost in the mail, only the insurance you purchase will allow you to receive a refund.

OSP products purchased from Round Mountain Sounds are genuine, factory-new and carry the OSP limited warranty.  OSP products are guaranteed to be free from defects for one year from date of purchase.  If your item arrives damaged or does not work properly upon arrival, we will gladly replace the damaged item at no extra charge.   

For all OTHER BRANDS, they are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty and terms.

We gladly guarantee our products with a money back refund.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. However, shipping costs are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and logistics.
