Our ordering process is very secure and easy to use through ebay. We offer online and offline ordering, you can call us directly if you'd like to make your purchase over the phone (our tollfree number is above by our logo). We are English speaking Americans and are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about our products.
We stock everything we sell, for ultimate turn around time.
Sales Tax
California residents will be required to pay 8.25% state sales tax.

Order Status
You can check order status at any time through your eBay account. The order status will include the latest information on your order's progress, and will include any tracking numbers for your package(s).
Invoice / Receipt
If you paid with Paypal, you can print your receipt at any time by logging into your account and viewing the transaction details.
Price Matching Policy
While we do not participate in price matching, we will do our best to match another company's deal. Most products in our eBay store are price controlled by the manufacturer, and we, like every other authorized reseller are not allowed to sell below their specified price. If a retailer is selling below a price on this website then that retailer is not an authorized reseller and you may have problems obtaining warranty support should their be a problem with your product. On the other hand, we do include extras as incentives to purchase from us, and we aggressively review competitors and make sure we are offering a superior package deal. Should you find a better package deal, then we will do our best to meet or beat that deal, and you will have the peace of mind that you are buying from a retailer who fully supports (and uses!) the products they sell.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return your item(s) at any time within 30 days as long as everything is unopened and brand new. Just call us for the return address and send it back, nothing complicated! Camera comes with a 1 year warranty and if your camera developes or comes with a problem (unlikely) you can return directly to the manufacturer for a priority replacement. Additionally you can also send the camera back to us, and we will forward the camera on to the manufacturer for prompt repair or replacement.
All returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
