| To our valued customers; We will be away from December 24, 2009 until January 16, 2010. We ask that those of you who want to purchase anything from us that you do so prior to December 20, 2009 if you need your item shipped prior to the cut-off shipping date of December 22, 2009. Please make your payment immediately so we can ship your item prior to the December 22, 2009 shipping cut-off date. Purchases made after December 20th will not be able to shipped until January 16th, 2010. For those of you who are wanting an item and are not in a hurry for your item to be shipped please feel free to make your purchase/s and we will fill your orders when we return. For our customers of Reborn Doll Kits and accessories in Europe, Australia and other countries outside of North America who want to make a purchase/s, your orders will be shipped as we drop ship for these orders from Europe. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but will be in Europe looking into more Reborn Doll kit suppliers and learning more about Reborning from our supplier and manufacturer of the kits we presently sell. We will be monitoring our messages and will answer what we can from there. We do value your business and will answer all inquiries even though we are away. We have not had a vacation in more than 18 months and so we are well overdue. This vacation is a working vacation as well as our 25th Wedding Anniversary vacation.
