The seller is legit, first of all. Great communication and shipping speed / quality. The issue is the units battery is just a dead cell. BUT, I knew this risk going in as these products are 10+ years old (even if you buy it unopened like I did). It’s just an old battery that can’t be charged, not the sellers fault as it was sold unopened and I didn’t ask to test the battery.
