Feedback
When you receive your item and you consider that we have done everything on our end to complete the transaction satisfactorily, we would appreciate feedback from you. Because we use eBay’s automated feedback system, you will receive feedback from us automatically and instantly once you leave feedback.
We choose to pay to use eBay’s automated feedback system so that, instead of spending hours each day manually leaving feedback, we can focus our attention on the prompt and careful shipment of your item.
And we also pay to use the eBay system option that automatically emails you if you haven’t left feedback after a few weeks so that we can be proactive in finding out if you have any problems with your order that we are not aware of.
Please remember that feedback is optional. We do not sell feedback; we sell quality items and provide great customer service and there is never any penalty for buyers who do not leave feedback for us. However, positive feedback is greatly appreciated if you feel that we have done a good job. |
