Shipping Information
We have more than 10 years experience in the mail-order business and it is our number one priority that you receive your item timely and in great condition. We use professional packaging materials, like packing peanuts, to secure items carefully and our labels are typewritten so that the delivery personnel can clearly read your correct address.
The shipping cost we charge includes ALL of the costs associated with shipping your item promptly and securely, not just the cost paid to the carrier. And the shipping charge includes insurance that we pay to a third-party provider.
INSURANCE for U.S. Postal packages
Insurance is obtained on every package we ship. We do everything in our power to make sure you receive your item promptly and in excellent condition and we purchase insurance so that any problem out of our control will be taken care of. In the rare event that your package does not arrive in the time expected or arrives damaged, we will promptly file an insurance claim and we will need your cooperation.
Insurance is obtained through an insurance carrier that works with the post office and offers PowerSellers like us a great deal on shipping insurance. The insurance premium is NOT paid directly to the post office and so the postal label on your package will not include the price of insurance we paid and the words "Insured" will not be stamped on your package.

Combined Shipping Policy
Combined shipping cost savings are applicable as long as one paypal payment is made for all items.
Items paid for separately will be shipped separately.
Transit Times
Standard shipping for items sent to a U.S. address is most often by way of U.S. Postal service but we could use a different shipping option service, such as FedEx Ground or UPS, at our discretion. Note that the carrier could require a signature for delivery.
