I always use delivery confirmation for USA shipments as required for proof of shipment and delivery. International shipments are generally shipped in 2-3 business days. Payments and shipping to your PP confirmed address only. The small flat rate priority box can only fit up to 4 swiffer items. I generally can get 3-4 yards of cotton fabric in the flat rate envelop.
