| A:We offer a one year limited warranty on all of our direct cords. Limited warranty starts on the day of receiving payment. Limited warranty covers defects from workmanship.

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:YES, We combine shipping.
You must pay the higher of the first item and each item afterwards is $1 each unless the items are small like a fuse tap for example.
International items may be more. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most orders will leave our facility the same day.
You should receive your order within 2-5 business days depending on where you have your order shipped to. We also offer Priority shipping and Express shipping.
International orders will take more time to get delivered.
We will not be responsible for delivery times once it leaves our facility. |

| A:Shipping and Handling charges range from $2.75 and up depending on how much the item weighs.
Small items such as fuse taps will be combined with your other items if purchased and paid for at the same time for $0.01 each. |
