I never charge a handling fee. I strongly recommend insurance because I can not be resonsible for lost or broken items. Please keep in mind if you opt for First Class Shipping it could take up to 7 days to reach you. Sometimes sooner & sometimes later. I have NO control over the PO. If you need them fast please use Priority Shipping. Priority should reach you within 2 to 3 days. If you pay via paypal & depending on how many orders I have I usually ship within 24 hours but no more than 48 hours. If you pay by check or MO you must keep in mind that it needs to reach me first. I will email you as soon as it arrives. MO payment will ship right away & check payment must clear first.
