Q. What form of payments do you accept?
A. PayPal

Q. How much time to I have to pay?
A. All funds must be received within 7 days from the close of the auction.  If payment is not received within 7 days, the item(s) will be placed back into stock & an unpaid item report may be filed with ebay so we may obtain a refund on our listing. That report, if filed, will appear on the buyer's record if not resolved.

Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. Yes.  We charge/ship each additional item(s) based on the following values below as long as they are all shipped together on the same date:

$.01 to $99.99 items- $1.50 each additional item

$100 to $249.99 items- $2.00 each additional item

$250 to $499.99 items- $2.75 each additional item

$500 & up items- $3.50 each additional item

Q. Why do you require insurance?
A. Shipping USPS via First Class, Priority, Registered, Express, Parcel Post or any other way through the United States Postal Service is not a guarantee of delivery and financial reimbursement of lost items is not automatic.

Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. All items ship out within 24-48 hours of cleared funds, but as a rule, we try to ship out the same day.  Packages weighing less than 13 ounces are shipped first class and packages over 13 ounces are shipped priority mail.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item & we must receive the item back within 7 days from the original received date. Returns will not be given on any items that have been tampered with. We do no refund postage. You cannot use the return policy to cancel an auction. Only items that have been shipped & received are eligible.

Q. Do you ever close auction or end them early?
A. Yes. Sometimes we find there has been a typo or incorrect price placed in the ad & we reserve the right to cancel those auctions where mistakes have been made.
