Domestic Shipping
- Domestic shipping is USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS with insurance optional unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing. Necks and bodies ship insured.
- We ship by weight. The rates for Priority Mail are the same for 1 oz as 1 lb.
- To save you money on multiple item purchases, we combine freight charges for multiple purchases and ship in one container.
- We will split a shipment or refuse to combine shipment only if there is an obvious risk of damaging any of the shipped items.
- We can't combine multiple payments into one shipment. If you pay more than once, you will receive two shipments.
Domestic Shipping Insurance.
We offer insurance on every item for actual cost. We require it on some items.
- If insurance is purchased we will assist you with any and all issues with the shipper should any occur.
- If insurance is not purchased, there is nothing we can do to assist you in any way with the shipper regarding delays, losses, damage, or any other issue.
- Without insurance, there is nothing YOU can do to help yourself with the shipper!
- We are not responsible for any actions or performance of common carrier shippers.
- Damaged goods void all return policy options, we will not accept any returns in damaged condition during shipping.
Overseas Shipping
- Services Offered
- USPS Express Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, and UPS when requested.
- We only use services that are both insured and have online tracking. We will not use services that do not offer both insurance or tracking, regardless of their cost or the (small) size of the order.
- Overseas Insurance Any international orders totaling more than $50 will ship via USPS Express Mail. All international orders are insured.
- Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes. Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your
country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior
to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or
when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping
charges.
- All orders must be declared for customs at the full order total as the
declaration must equal the insured amount. We do not mark merchandise values
below value or mark items as "gifts".
- Delivery Times USPS does not guarantee delivery times on the services we provide. Most deliveries are made in 4-7 days based on their published service times. However, we can not control and are not responsible for delays by the USPS, or customs. Some shipments can take as long as 4-6 weeks even with a published service level of 4-7 days. This is simply beyond our control and we appreciate your patience. If you must have the items quickly, arrange for Global Express Mail delivery with us and we will use this service. The buyer is responsible for additional charges.

Shipping on Multiple Purchases or Multi-item Purchases
All our listings have freight calculators. The freight calculator should combine multiple items correctly. If it looks too high, don't pay at checkout, ask for a total instead. We'll combine your orders on a single invoice to both save freight costs and simplify your payment.
Do not expect to have purchases combined if they are not completed in the same day unless you arrange this in advance - we will accommodate your request if you make it. If it is not arranged in advance, the package will almost certainly be shipped already.
Do not expect to have purchases combined if they are paid for in multiple payments. While we can combine multiple purchases into one order, receive one payment, and ship in one box, we can NOT combine multiple payments into a single shipment in most cases.

Its simple really. We love guitars. We love happy customers. Since we want our customers to feel just as confident in making their purchases as we are about the quality of the guitar parts and products we offer, we take a simple approach: Customer isn't happy, we make it right.
We have two exchange programs: the 21 Day Real World Exchange Program for Seymour Duncan Pickups, and the No Hassle No Questions Asked Return Policy for everything else. See below for details.
Occasionally, we can not accept returns on a product - it may be used already, or in "project" condition, or may not be reusabel. When this is the case we will normally state the item is sold "as-is" in the listing so you can make a good decision whether the purchase makes sense for you. Any listing that qualifies for either return policy will state so explicitly in the listing. If it does not state so explicitly, it does not qualify. As with any eBay listing, the listing terms supercede all other terms.

21-Day Real World Exchange Policy for Seymour Duncan Pickups
We are an authorized Seymour Duncan dealer, This means you have 21 Days to try out the product with your own gear. If you're not happy for any reason, you can exchange it for another model of equal value (we'll sort out any difference in pricing if necessary) by shipping it back to Seymour Duncan directly. Hassle free. Here's how it works:
- Call Duncan customer service at (805) 964-9610.
- The staff will recommend an alternative pickup and issue a Return Materials Authorization ("RMA") number for the exchange. Write this number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Send the pickup, a copy of the receipt (within 21 days of purchase) and a note requesting the replacement with a daytime phone number to: Seymour Duncan, 5427 Hollister Avenue, Santa Barbara, CA 93111-2345 Attn.: 21-Day Real World Exchange

No Hassle, No Questions Asked Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request either a refund, store credit, or an exchange. No questions asked, no hassles. Here are the rules:
- Buyer must request RMA # within 3 days of item receipt, no returns without valid RMA #. RMA # must be visible on outside of returned package.
- Buyer pays all shipping costs. FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
- RMA valid for 10 days from issue date. ITEM MUST BE RECIEVED BY RCS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ISSUE DATE.
- Returns with no or expired RMA # will be refused, refund/exchange will be void.
- Item must be in "like new/like received" condition, must have all contents/parts/packaging intact, missing/damaged parts will void refund/exchange.
- Buyer pays 15% restocking fee
- Refunds issued via PayPal, CC reversal, or company check only.

Our Return Policies are stated above, but here is additional information
on refunds.
- The Return policy is designed to lower the risk of a purchase the buyer
is not completely satisfied with. It is not, however, an offer to
try out our products without cost.
- Refunds will be issued through the same means as payment was made (credit
card/PayPal account, etc.) Buyers paying with money orders or bank checks
will be refunded via a company check.
